My favorite game of all time. My uncle gave me this game in 2003 for ps2 and it holds a dear place in my heart. When I saw it on steam I was excited to relive this game and world again only to see I was capped at 15 fps when I started playing. I have a pc capable of running new AAA games at 100+ fps on max settings, so the issue here is lazy development teams not optimizing games for the hardware available in today's market.
