I wouldn't mind paying some 5-8 bucks for the expansion, because it does add a lot of new things into the game.
HOWEVER. 20 bucks?!?!? It really isn't worth that much just for some new toys to play with in editor and a decent campaign.

If you want a good expansion for Arma3..... Just wait until it's on sale and get it, otherwise, just don't bother
