I was literally heartbroken and cried. I told the reposter to give me credit, but he made fun of me instead.

I know suing someone over a meme sounds silly, but it's not about the meme. It's about justice.

I'm planning on contacting a lawyer, but I wanna get advice here to see what I can do. So what can I do? I wanna take this to a civil court. Will a judge take it?
