I love Cuphead. I think the different shooters, supers and charms add a nice dynamic to the game where the player needs to decide what would be best to use for each boss or run-n-gun based on how that stage is played out. I love the parrying system and the fact that dashing is in the game. This game has a well balanced base difficulty, in which I think some of the bosses will be hard for some players and easy for others. I love the diversity in the combat styles of the bosses because it makes the first couple of tries on every boss a struggle no matter what. The 1930's aesthetic made this game feel like a jolly good time even though things were being killed every two seconds.

I didn't like how once you got to a certain point in the game it almost didn't make any sense to use a charm that wasn't the plus two hearts. I also found the second and third supers to be greatly inferior to the first super. I only used them when I first unlocked them to see how they would play out in a match before exiting to map and switching back to the first super. Even with these flaws I still highly recommend this game to anyone who wants to play a run-n-gun style game.
