The game is pretty good. However, you need to buy a patch if you want the +18 animations, which sucks considering that most people bought this game thinking that the hentai animations would already be included. To make things worse, you have to buy the patch from another site that isn’t Steam.

If you like gore and want a cheap game to play, this game is for you. If you don’t like gore, I still suggest giving it a try, it’s not that big of a deal.
