Very great campaign story and gameplay. probably one of, if not the best Half Life 2 Mod ever made.

very fun when with other players as everyone uses their mic (if you can find a good lobby), but when you are the last one left, the only one in the facility, the ambience and atmosphere is extremely unsettling, when you are alone it is full-fledged horror.

It is very good as long as you have a powerful PC. Updates never disappoint, been playing since like 2016 or 17'.
