Somehow From soft manage to combine everything they have for the past and unforgiving 12 years since Demon souls together and create this magnum opus that exceeding previous souls games in every way. Though it is definitely not a perfect game by any means-sometimes small dungeons feel repetitive and the end game feels too long-Elden ring will surely mark it place in the history of video games. The art direction, the enemy design, the interconnectivity of the maps, the complex but carefully-crafted legacy dungeons, there are so many things to love about for this game. But the most special thing I would say is that it creates a world that lets me mentally leave the reality for a few days. Thanks everybody who works on this game. I truly appreciate it.
