INGREDIENTS
Stew:
3/4 cup grounded melon seeds
11/2 pound cubed beef stew/broth 11/2 cup of water
Assorted meat
Palm oil
1lb Spinach bell peppers onions
Seasonings

INSTRUCTIONS
Egusi is relatively easy to make so this is another reason it's a great option for me. The main ingredient in Egusi is the melon seeds that's used to cook it. How my mom taught me to make it, we usually ground it up into tiny grains then pour it into our soup base. The soup base is basically meat broth with our meat options mixed with the different spices needed and palm oil which is very important. At the end of the soup we add in veggies of our choice usually spinach.
