Napalm is a mixture of polymer/aluminum soap powder/gelling agent, gasoline, and benzene.

However, a simplified recipe is gasoline and styrofoam insulation or packing peanuts, the styrofoam dissolves immediately forming a gel that is very thick and slow moving, then you light it, then it gets interesting, it becomes the napalm popularized by the Vietnam war and yes, it does stick to anything. Also, leaving it out on a flat sheet in a cool area like a garage slowly turns it rubbery so you can “adjust” the consistency of necessary. To not light it indoors EVER.
