what makes Enderal so good? Litterally everything
from the actually balanced gameplay, all npcs have a personaility, almost a perfect story line, and one of the best atmosphere thats almost better than dark souls'
If this wasn't a mod, this would have become the best game in the videogame's history, by a huge margin.

Warning; SPOILERS AHEAD
this game in terms of gameplay is very similar to arkham knight, but with a less intuitive hud and missions/challenges in the map panel, i could subscribe this game with the classic quote "small quantity, big quality" the few bosses in game, solomon grundy and clayface are very well balanced even though some parts of their fights look very simple, titan henchman is just a copy of arkham asylum rip, and then we got ra's al ghul the best boss ever created from rocksteady, so well made with a lot of moves to learn, and the good and old lovely 2 phases like souls games, even the lore related him and talia.
with that said, the only bad thing in this game is the low amount of side quests.
main story 9/10

The Harley Quinn DLC was a really cool addition, set after arkham city's events you are Tim who saves Batman from Harley Quinn, 1 hour DLC who's worth to be played
