Super gra! Jest to rozwinięcie poprzedniej części, które udało się w 100%. Praktycznie wszystkie mechaniki znane z poprzednich części zostały usprawnione i poprawione, a i nowych nie brakuje. Polecam.

Warto było czekać. Genialna fabuła, zadania poboczne zawierające ciekawe historie, świetny design miasta. Postacie napisane w mistrzowski sposób. Zdarzają się błędy, ale nie przeszkadzają one w rozgrywce (zazwyczaj bywają zabawne). Zdecydowanie polecam. Gra warta pieniędzy i czasu :)
