🐳📀👽 Performance review for THE BoZ 🏀🚙🌸

Uses the hands or hand-tools reasonably well, but has not not yet achieved fully mastery and control, and still struggles with detail and new processes. Accurate at solving mental math problems involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages – but without a calculator, cannot reach the answer at speed. THE BoZ copes with short periods of pressure, but the quality of work and level of enthusiasm begin to decline if the pressure continues for a longer period. THE BoZ is interested in finding out why things are the way they are. Asks questions, but may stop if not getting the answers quickly or easily enough.
