Terrible customer service - they admitted an item was lost due to an error on their end. Instead of simply replacing said item, the representative of Eve Online simply told me to wait until I had another. Since then I cancelled my subscription and will not renew. A terrible way to conduct business that should not be tolerated. I urge everyone ploughing money in to this game to consider what will happen if they lost their items due to CCPs error and were given no compensation.

If you are thinking of returning, don't. I just did and completed research on the tank I'd already put a few hours of grinding in to, on completion of research, another tank pops up and I need to research that before I can buy the one I'd already researched.
