I'm from around the coast and I love sailing and just about anything sea related. With that being said I usually don't like the majority of pirate games. Maybe two or three I like and this is number one on that list. As a sailor this is the game that best satisfies that romanticist obsession with the age of sail and freedom for me and the developers seem to be very active and constantly working on improving the entire game. This is probably going to be one of the best pirate games in a few short years if it's not already. I can't wait to see where this game goes in the future. A quick heads up, the graphics are not the best and can already be hugely improved by a few mods on the workshop, but the substance of the game vs the vast majority of other pirate games is much better.
