This game is for sure "a brilliant confluence of skill and purpose".

Almost 2k hours, most played game.
- No dlc = minimal to no fun
- more dlc = more fun
- could be more optimized but can do
- if u want game u can pause and come back tomorrow, its decent choice
- if u want to spend 5 straight hours on mp game, its also decent choice
- my personal expirience is like less than 500h on Sp, so if u have ppl to play MP with u can have even more fun
- mod community is very active, and game is easy to mod if u want to do so
- game is optimised and balanced for SP expirience, so most MP community is forced to mod their own balance
- I had pure fun in the game for minimal of 1000h, and i can still enjoy playing MP and sometimes SP even with 2k
- if u think this game is worth that much money for that much time u can spend having fun, u can buy the game with some dlc i guess
- if not, just dont do it
- imo the time i spent is worth my money, but idk about you
