Despite Valve's lack of caring for their player base, the concept and base on which this game was designed is just fantastic. I played this game for almost 4 years and never breached 5k mmr. However, having said that, this game is no fun without friends. This game is incredible at sucking you in alone but remains much more rewarding with people to enjoy the experience with. Even in my absence of recent play I stay updated on the game as it continues to shift as all MOBAs do. I would have highly recommended this game 2 years ago but at this point its' player base is made up of mostly smurfs and toxicity.
