Ingredients:
200g of unleavened wheat flour
250 ml of water
50g butter
1 lemon peel
Salt q.s.
3 eggs
Frying oil
Sugar for sprinkling
Cinnamon for sprinkling
Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, light the water.
Season with a few pebbles of salt.
Add the lemon peel and butter.
Let it boil.
2. As soon as it begins to boil, remove the lemon peel and add the flour.
Stir until uncooked from the pan.
Put the dough in a bowl and let it cool down a bit.
