The streamer app is literally one of the best starting points if you want to begin your streaming career or you want to create some of the most insane tracks you can imagine. Maybe performance-wise it is not really for lower-end computers, but it keeps up with what it can offer, and boy oh boy it offers quite a lot! Each season literally brings something new to make the gameplay (and, in this case, directing the race) more entertaining and interactive between streamer and viewers.
