Drivers licenses should state whether or not a man is circumcised

There is actually a couple of very good reasons for this

1. Drugs can be hidden under a foreskin, if the ID says he doesn't have one, that's one less place the police have to check

2. It's a way to make faking IDs harder, as well, since if you get caught having the wrong weiner configuration,

3. It would just be cool to know if my friends are cut or intact without having to try and sneak a peak at the urinal
