I loved playing CS 1.6 and CSS.
There have been Cheaters always but it was an exception.
In CS:GO it is an exception to meet legit Players in matchmaking.
ESEA, FaceIt and Cevo are external Server providers, but today they are just slightly less hacker infested.
You can find new Cheater Videos on Youtube for every Provider daily.
Even free Hack Providers like Unity can openly promote their hacks for over 2 years now and the last ban wave for Unity hacks was over a year ago. It does not matter if you report obvious spin full WH, Aimbot hackers. They will not get banned, neither by VaC nor by Overwatch. The Overwatch system is completely made up. Insiders say not even 1% of the people who get banvoted by overwatch are actually getting a permanent ban. Its either a ban for a couple of days or not enough people used overwatch or the case time ran out.
There have been a couple of Progamers caught hacking aswell and those say that every Progamer they know are using some sort of hidden private hacks aswell. It has been proved that they are encouraged to get hacks by their Team Staff.
Its like Olympia doping mafia except in this case noone seems to be caring at all. It is accepted that everyone is cheating of some kind in this game.
There are Videos of flusha where he is 100% caught hacking, and he is still able to compete on pro level. Hacking and Cheating is tolerated in this game.
