The journey, so long and intense, only able to help few but in the end my choices, helpful or harmful in the beginning, ended up killing myself and almost everyone else in woods.

All the effort wasted. We all die, but I'd rather die than live like them.

Fun as hell.
Repetitive bust still fun after 1,400 hours, not sure how but it is.
I like it a lot, there.

Got bugs like all games, but as playable as any other game.

40 hours in and I haven't done ♥♥♥♥ because they packed it with a lot to do, so much that I question if it should have costed more.

Great game, great aesthetic and what little story I got so far that too is great
Neckbeards complaining because their mom didn't have a Hotpocket microwaved for them when they woke up this afternoon is all I can imagine critiquing such a well made game with real passion put into it.

I wanna be a cool warrior!

How do I start the game? Hello, yes, order pizza. Google pizza.

Fun game, difficult but not impossible and it gladly rewards your efforts with loot or souls to improve your fighty ding dong man or punishes you greatly for not putting enough effort in not dying by killing you, slashing part of your health and if you mess up again it super punishes you by taking away all the souls you dropped last time for failing.

The story is decent enough, though befuddling at times without context but we're not here for the story, we're here to git gud.

I got The Dark Soul trophy for gittin' gud and pretty proud of it I suppose, but that leads to my one gripe about the game: online.

Hit spams, other players vibrating into oblivion or dying for no reason, teleporting around at the speed of sound or otherwise spawned miles away from you or unable to reach you. Some of these things made it very hard to get the required items needed to complete each trophy but eventually, with more frustration than the game itself gave me, I got all that was required and with all achievements done I could finally put Dark Souls 3 down...until I wanted another playthrough.

Not an impossible game to play or beat, very fun no matter how skilled you are at games. Almost a trial and error simulator, a fun one too.

Best horror game ever made, IMO.

Atmosphere is ridiculously dark and foreboding, lonely and never feels safe.
Weapons respond well, feel right and seem reasonably balanced.
The enemies are terrifying and haunting, killing them doesn't mean they're gone. You remember them, how they look, sound and what they did. The dudes with the swollen heads and pistol that B-line right to you while popping caps messed me up worse than any enemy in a video game, their movements and tactics just baffle me every time. No cover, no hesitation, pure anger and strict purpose of killing you...my head just can't understand an enemy with a gun B-lining I guess. That's just one of the many unnerving and unforgettable foes.
The story is told well, slow but as it unravels it gets darker and darker with each revelation and the end of it all throws you through a loop and where you land depending on your choices are all heavy hitting and leave you with questions that you take time to answer yourself, and each of them having their own special kind of sting.

Truly scary in tone and story, I'll never forget this game and never not recommend it. It may be free, but it'll cost you some spoop coins in your brain meat.

Fully recommended.

I played Stick of Truth and adored the game, and despite mixed reviews on Fractured, I knew it too would be a good game as it came from talented and committed developers and story tellers.

Once more, you play The New Kid in town and are pulled right into action, and the first thing you notice is that instead of turn based traditional combat, it's now turn based grid combat. Not a bad choice, and with the new combat system comes new ways to strategize on how to beat the enemy. Knockback power, 'sniping', blocking, boxing the enemy in and using their own attack patterns and movements against them. There may no longer be weapons or armor, but that doesn't really affect the game too much considering you now have to carefully select your attacks, relics and buffs.

As there are no weapons and armor, you now play as a band of super heroes fighting not only your friends and nemisies, but the corrupt adults of the town as well. You may be a minor, but that won't stop Randy from socking you in the mouth.

As I said, I loved Stick of Truth and had high hopes for this one and can say for certain, I was not let down one bit.

The gameplay, the action, the music and the comedy are all there, you're not missing out on anything at all.

If you loved Stick of Truth, I say give Fractured But Whole a chance and don't mind the minor changes. Great game, recommend even at full price.

I have over twenty hours in and still haven't beat the game, and don't think I am close either, let alone the DLCs. Well worth the money as it will take more than a day to beat if you play it for fun.
I had Stick of Truth on my PS4, so it's not in my library. And I highly recommend Stick of Truth as well.
