Since a friend recommend this game to me, it has really helped me out with a lot of stuff, just getting paper air planes and response from people all over the world, telling you that, "there is more to life" and to "keep on going". Just those messages alone help so much with depression and anxiety feelings. The touch of lofi in the background to help you send air planes and help other people with there days just hits the tip of the iceberg.

I highly recommend this game to people who suffer with anxiety or depression as it will help you out.
