This game is entertaining, however I cannot make any customizations to any thing in this game.

For example, when it comes to crafting weapon mods such as adding a reflex sight to a rifle. You have to be a level 1 in the gun nut perk, I am a level 2 and cannot craft it. I'll get the message of "you lack the ingredients to craft this weapon". I have all of the ingredients and high enough level to do so and still cannot craft it. I have looked into this and the only way to resolve it is to add the perk in console and that does not work. This game is almost 6 years old and they still have not resolved this? This was my first of the series, that I randomly chose at to play. I do not plan to purchase other games of this series.
