KLETKA is a game I have been looking forward to for a few weeks, and I am still impressed by what came out. The game dishes out a creepy atmosphere and dreadful feeling that makes me want to descend deeper with Kletka. The mobs have been fantastic and creepy, the different floors have been filled with terrifying twists and turns that keep me descending. The play times for a solid run have lasted a bit over an hour, while still feeling like a fast-paced game. The movement feels speedy, the addition of the third person camera is fun and can make for some great moments. Having gotten as far as floor 50, I have yet to encounter any "cheap" or "BS" moments. Every death me and my comrades have been dealt has felt justified. Quality of life features are very apparent and make the game feel fluid and better as you go down deeper, especially the inventory upgrades, and the ability to revive fallen comrades. Unlike other games in the genre I enjoy that KLETKA lets players still interact and participate even after death, it never feels boring. Helping your team spot bottles to help revive you, or warn them of traps feels like a great break from a run until your team can revive you.

So far the only things I would want changed and updated asap would be
- the ability to pick up and move bodies
- the ability to save a run so you and your friends can come back to it later.
- The ability for everyone to have custom cosmetics, as we noticed in our runs that only the host could have a custom character
My second run with a group of 3 took about 1.5 hours and we got to floor 50 stopping at most floors, it was the most fun run out of the few I have had, but even playing solo the game felt engaging and atmospheric without feeling impossible (at least not yet).

Great game, looking forward to any updates, or new games by this developer. Will strive to 100% this game. If you are on the fence, I would say buy the game, you won't be disappointed.

This game is great, it’s literally getting review bombed by people crying over Ultrawide Screen (who cares, cry more) and stuttering that’s going to get patched within a week. They’re acting as if it’s cyberpunk 2077, or BF2042. Try changing your settings, I’ve been playing for 12 hours and the stuttering isn’t game breaking. The world is amazing and the atmosphere is the best it’s been since DS1. It’s ashes of war system is amazing. It’s bosses are challenging and really fun to fight as well as the open world feels like a true open world experience that’s worth it. The game is also amazing to look at, it’s art direction and graphics are top notch.

I beat this game recently and as someone who enjoys the works of Lovecraft, I felt like this game had some ups and downs. The setting was good, reminded me of the story Dagon a bit which was nice. However being met with a ton of invisible walls and odd inability to walk over objects any person could raise their leg to step over was annoying. I really wanted to discover the island more as the protag that just crashed there looking for his daughter. The first half of this for me really dragged. While the monolith and seeing the sea monster from the lighthouse were cool, there were many things just thrown in there for no reason. The meteorite from the Color out of space felt so disconnected if you read the story of color out of space. In addition they threw in the pillar from Utah or something next to a giant black orb that as far as I know was pointless to the story and felt threw in for "OOOOO SPOOKY WHAT COULD IT BE" without capturing the fear of the unknown whatsoever. Tossing in Dagon, Deep ones, Cthulhu, Azathoth, Nyarlathotep, the and all this extra monsters made it feel like a show and tell. For the story, using a mortal to ♥♥♥♥ around with things was interesting but, the ending twist just felt like a pointless slap in the face. While the dimensions were interesting and its setting was nice, the lack of exploration that railroaded me into the strange story. I didn't hate it and the fact it was made by such a small team was impressive.

Upon first glance I had no idea what I was getting into and that honestly made it so much better. OneShot managed to hit so many heartstrings in such a unique creative way that it will be a great game I will never forget. While the gameplay is not much, it makes up for in amazing and creative story telling and charm. Easily one of the best games I have ever played
