How often do you feel lonely? What would solve your problem? I don't know about you, but playing BUNNY BOND certainly helped me for a few hours.

I'm not ashamed to say that I spent most of my Saturday playing this game till I finished it. The writing is just too captivating! I got in my head that I was only going to do one of the routes before moving on to something else for the day. But then I just HAD to see what the other boys were like.

As everyone else pointed out, the game has +18 content, but that's not all there is to it. You get to have some heart to heart conversations with the other participants and learn a bit more about their story and struggles. So you'll be horny af after sexting someone and then, in the next moment, your heart is aching for how unfair life can be to some of them. Speaking of the guys, there are men for all tastes! Vanilla? You got it. Freaky? Oh boy, just you wait. Every guy has an appealing side - I gotta say that pathetic man are my favorite and I was NOT disappointed with what I got.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and I know I'll keep coming back for more, as I haven't been able to get some of these boys out of my head since yesterday. I just wish the story was longer; I would love to see the aftermath of the study for each of them (pls I just wanna hold Leland's sweaty hand or go on a trip with Ansel or watch everyone kicking Hugo's ass when he does something stupid). Just lemme see my men thriving! And ACTUALLY getting laid.

(tip: once you've played at least one route, you can skip the dialogues on the first five days by pressing TAB)

I really wanted to like Kabukicho Story...

even though I knew it was a short game, I had high hopes of getting a nice little story. that's not what you're going to get here. it just felt like I was reading a poorly written fanfiction I'd have come up with when I was 10 years old and just getting into writing. everything just feels so rushed and there's no development at all.

the translation is also not that great. it's understandable, but it's not good.

all in all, I can't recommend it to anyone.

okay so, I haven't read the source material for A Little Lily Princess, but that didn't make the experience any less enjoyable for me. playing the game actually got me curious enough to look up Frances Hodgson Burnett's novel.

as some people have mentioned before, you don't make any real choices throughout the story. this is NOT a game where your choices matter. you get to raise Sara's stats so you can see the other girls' events and therefore get into someone's route, but that's all that you'll have to do. A Little Lily Princess is kind of like a kinect novel, it focus on the narrative and telling Sara's story.

order of my favorite romantic(ish) routes: Jessie - Becky - Ermengarde - Lavinia
order of my favorite platonic routes: Lottie - Mariette

the romance is very light, but I found it beautiful nonetheless. I hold Ermengarde and Becky dear to heart - however, I think that Jessie's route surprised me the most and that's why I catch myself thinking of it more than the others. they are just too precious and I would do anything for them.

short and cute game! it took me a while to get used to the mechanics, but it's quite easy when you get the hang of it.

now for the characters, I can't stand MC. as it has been pointed out by others, she can be manipulative, and I found her annoying and inconvenient at times. some people may not be bothered by it, but it was really hard to relate to her in any way when she acts the way she does.

also, although the MC is all about love and romance, the routes are a bit rushed. they are still enjoyable, tough. the times we get to spend with the LIs are mostly heart-warming and makes you feel all fuzzy inside. I've become quite fond of Zero and Damion. especially Damion. they are just so sweet and gentle, I love them. I would definitely buy a DLC if I got to spend more time with them.

I've only had Littleclaw for a day and a half, but if anything happened to him I would kill everyone in this game and then myself

this DLC spoiled and ruined me
I can only play using the voiced names now ‘cause I’m too used to Cove calling me

okay so, I’m gonna admit that I wasn’t all that excited to see more of Baxter at first. while playing through Step 3 multiple times, I couldn’t get myself that interested in the monochrome boy. I thought he was quite entertaining for being so forward and he did get some chuckles out of me, but I didn’t pay him any mind. I grew a tiny bit curious in the wedding DLC, but it wasn’t enough to get me engaged in his mystery.

I decided to play his route ‘cause, well, it was more Our Life content and I couldn’t say no to that. boy oh boy, I wasn’t expecting the swirl of emotions that would follow.

first things first, I had a blast spending more time with my friends! I’d been looking forward to learning more about Miranda and Terry. I mean, they are such a fun duo and we didn’t get to see them that much in Cove’s Step 3 moments. it was great to see their dynamic and the bond the four of them have.

now, I can’t even point out exactly at which point Baxter started to grow on me - when I noticed, I was already hooked into his story. Baxter Ward is by far the MOST flawed LI in Our Life. I thought I wouldn’t appreciate the hurt and angst, I’m way too sensitive for some stuff, but oh man was it rewarding! also, if you came here for the romance (like I did), you won’t get disappointed. this boy is gonna give you everything and a bit more. kudos to GB for the amazing storytelling and character development on this one!

Mountain gotta be my favorite from his Step 3 moments. everything about it is amazing. I really enjoyed MC’s family showing their protective side. we don’t get to see that a lot... I mean, why would they worry when it comes to Cove or Derek? but Baxter is a whole other story. also, Lizzie was just peak comedy. I love my big sister, couldn’t wish for a better one. Baxter and MC’s trip was very enjoyable as well. however, I think their conversation in the lobby is what stuck to me the most. I mean, I liked him when he was in his poised mode – but I loved whenever he showed himself vulnerable to MC. “I wish... I could stay” lives in my head rent free.

the conclusion of his route was very satisfying. he still has lots of issues he needs to work on and that just makes it more realistic. thankfully, he has people that care about him to help him with that.

well, basically, what I’m trying to say is that GB got me to fall in love with him. I’m not complaining, though. Baxter, I have two left feet but I would slow dance with you whenever.

honestly, I don't know if I have enough words for this game.
it was such a unique experience, I couldn't help but cry at the end. I've read some reviews before playing it so I knew it was going to be an emotional ride, but I wasn't expecting for it to hit THIS hard.

it only took me 2 hours to go through the story and it was more than enough time to get me attached to everyone in it. Before Your Eyes really knows how to tell a compelling story and draw you in. it's peculiar mechanism helps to get you in Benny's shoes and sympathize with his life and the people around him.

like someone else said here in the review section: if you have two hours to spare, I'd definitely recommend you play this game.
