Random info: CS:GO (Casual), between rounds, move your view into black screen. It will park your GPU and save some Watts.
On my (old) GTX 1660 - from ~165W down to ~35W, temps also drop by 7 to 10 degrees C, depending on the map. Fans go from 75% plus down to ~45%.
CPU: 22% to ~ 15% utilization, 33Watt to 26W, temps just fluctuates 57 - 61 deg C.
*this kinda changed when I went from 1080p to 1440p. Dunno why yet :P
**aforementioned "this" has seemingly settled to being the same as before, saving power by parking in black screen :)

Random audio tip: Scratchy volume/tone knobs? I use a drop of WAHL Hair Clipper Blade Oil (I assume any similar blade/sewing machine oil should work too), take care to get the oil into the moving bits of the knob/pot by turning it a few times. I have not had a scratch hang around after that yet.
