Mechaniki zawarte w grze zdecydowanie na plus, i to gigantyczny, spory powiew świeżości w serii Civilisation.
Pastelowa grafika i ogólnie - subiektywnie rzecz biorąc - klimat gry dla dzieci - zdecydowanie (znowu subiektywnie!) na minus.
