This game is fun, and there are a lots of great things the devs have added.
Yes, there are problems that should be resolved, but it's a blast playing it 99% of the time, and I hope they keep making the game better.

Is this game good ? No.
Should you buy it ? Yes.

This is an early access, it's full of bugs and runs very poorly, yes. There isn't much content besides sandbox exploration of the system while riding your rocket at 20 fps.
But let's not forget where KSP 1 came from, let's not forget that this is exactly what's it's being advertised as, an early access. This game has so much potential, and is starting with a very solid foundation when it comes to upgrades made to building rockets and planes, and we can see that there is care put in it.
This game will need time to grow and mature, and as long as the team listens to the community and prioritises their feedback, it's only a matter of time before we get there, that this game truly succeeds and reaches expectations.
All in all, I believe rating it poorly isn't justified even though I can definitely understand the frustration of a lot of people, but if we want this game to become what we hoped for, we need to show support.
