Unplayable, Broken AI, Awful Dlc policy, Tech is worse than ever, unintresting gameplay, awful events and the list goes on. If you want a game were you need to burn atleast 100 Euro extra for it to be playable go ahead. Otherwise I would advise you to spend your money and time elsewere.
