Very good game, but it almost seems like the dlc are necessary. I love what the developers have been doing with the game, adding provinces, countries and more in depth mechanics, but without atleast some of the dlc the game is much worse. This game is really fun and definetly can be fun without the dlc but it seems like to have the most fun possible you have to dump a large amount of money into it.

Will not work on my computer even though it meets all the requirements and is a windows

This game ohhh my god, Its great. I've played for 54 hours now and once you get a good substaibing city it ends up being a lot of fun. Just enough micromanaging to not get board but not too much either,
