Indigo Park was recommended to me by a friend of mine in the midst of a myriad of mascot horror franchises seemingly coming out of the wood work, so needless to say, I wasn't too thrilled to visit what I assumed would be another in the long list of many to come and go.

Needless to say by my recommendation of this game just by Chapter 1 alone, I am fully on board with supporting Indigo Park for the foreseeable future. While Indigo park has a few issues here and there, the biggest praise I can give this game is its personality. The writing in this game is amazing and is helped along further by the main driving force of the game: Rambley Raccoon, who just might be one of the funniest and most likable sons of guns in any horror game I've played recently. It claims to be a passion project made over about a year, and that definitely seems to be the case, as the passion, more than anything, shines through the dark halls of this game just like Rambley's personality. All while I was hunting down collectibles, seeing every clip of Rambley as he was happy to see a friendly face for the first time in years, I was also jumping at every single sound that my ears picked up, and I loved almost every second of it.

I will be supporting this game on Kickstarter in the future and am both terrified and excited to explore the rest of Indigo Park.
