Carries out jobs requiring the use of the hands or hand-tools well, but is not yet a master craftsman. When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, undefined engages in the conversation, but contributions show a lack of understanding at first. Needs to make more effort to listen, learn and adjust. Generally polite, courteous and respectful, though may sometimes lose a little control when confronted with a difficult person or situation. Or perhaps sometimes seems over-polite. undefined completes more than 75% but less than 90% of assignments on time and to a good standard.
