WHERE IS MY COLE SLAW? I KNOW YOU HAVE IT. Let me give you a brief history of my past with cole slaw. As a child often shunned this side dish because I thought it was "cold sloth"; I truly believed people were eating shredded and chilled sloth meat. Boy was I wrong. At my first BBQ, my mother convinced me to try some and it was the perfect addition to the meal. A nice way to cool off the taste-buds while enjoying the delicious meats. Flashforward to 9/7 when I am craving a meatball sub. I get on seamless and start to browse the options and I come across Gene's fine establishment. Unlike many of the other competitors, their sandwich advertised coming with fries, a pickle, AND cole slaw! I eagerly waited for the beginning of my break at work and for the sub; I was literally watering at the mouth. Imagine my disappointment to find that no cole slaw had been included with my meal..
