If it had not been abandoned, this would've been a masterpiece. All the bones are there. Unfortunately it just wasn't properly fleshed out. This is a PAINFUL thumbs down. I wanted so badly to love this.

Very fun little game. More mature than you'd think, a little bit of sarcastic social commentary. This may've been written by Jonathan Swift. Cheap, hilarious, multiple endings and your choices change everything, Buy it.

Ignore the incel neck beard review bombing. Fantastic game. It's different from the other Dragon Age games (just like all of them have been). Lots of fun, lots of choices, some are impactful, some are just for flavor (just like all of them have been). Also, just a heads-up, a lot of people aren't returning to their base after missions, so they're missing out on key choices and conversations.

Campaign was a lot of fun, well-acted and the story was good. Extremely glad that I waited years until it was under $20 though. Not worth more than that.

Great fun, probably even if you're not a Star Trek fan. Lack of a save or a chapter select is frustrating. So is the fact that the escape button tries to quit the game, instead of backing out of the menu. These minor, but irritating issues don't at all prevent enjoyment of the game which boasts a very quality story.

Someone said this game was criminally underrated, and they were not wrong. Great story, great action, plenty of side-questability in a good-sized open world. Thoroughly enjoying it. This is AAA gaming at a better price point, with less bugs.

A fun game, easy to learn, and middle of the road to master. Very adjustable to play style as well. The only real downside is starting with some promises already in place.

Kinda breaks my heart to down vote this, and I hope I can revisit and change my review at some point. I've followed this game for years, and was excited to finally pick it up. I waited so long after release because some of the reviews were pretty bad, and I hoped some bugs would get worked out. Sadly, there are a few bugs that ruin the experience.

1. The first game I played a president that promised "Police Reform," but Law Enforcement funding wasn't an option. The second game I promised to "Build a Wall," but that wasn't on the funding tree either (though it was on my original play through). The game is still fun, but it sucks that many of the campaign promises you make are automatically failed due to this random funding tree mismatch.

2. Random events can make the game re-playable, but sometimes the same random even happens multiple times.

3. Sometimes there is no way to directly affect a crisis that arises.

4. When you remove funding points from a tree, they just disappear, you don't get them back to spend. Why let me remove them if it wrecks the tree progression?

5. So many times the only choices you can make are painfully stupid. The game is tongue-in-cheek, so I kinda get it, but it would be nice to have some more intelligent options.

Altogether I did have some fun, but if I can't work towards the main goal I set at the beginning of the game, I feel like it's a no win scenario.

Incredibly fun game. Challenging on many levels, but oh so enjoyable. The only thing I would add would be a customizable Captain to lead the company, and the ability to customize clothing and armor a bit, especially with colors. Wonderful game all-in-all. I'll probably put 100 hrs into this. Thanks Ztoxicman, for the gift!

No one will read this - but I've been gaming since the Atari System and Apple IIC computer. I've played every generation of both console and computer gaming. This is one of the best games I've ever played. I'm in play through number 2, and there may yet be a number 3. Amazing story, characters, graphics, and design. My only small criticism would be that it doesn't include a more expansive choice of races. I wanted to try a Goliath, Aasimar, or Moon Elf. Small quibble, though. Amazing game.
