The One that started it all and my favourite I'm so glad Firefly updated this for Win10 as i have been playing this on and off since its original release in 2001. Although by todays graphics it looks dated it still plays well and holds a candle to much newer games. As well as the Military Campaigns and missions the Economy ones are where you still can either relax or keep you on your toes with the various events that can pop up. The best thing in my opinion is that Firefly included a Sandbox mode so you can either peacefully build to your hearts content or trigger invasions,raids,plague and various other events to keep you entertained and to keep your noggin thinking of ways to deal with them!.
I would happily recommend Stronghold HD to anyone whose a fan of strategy and historical based games.
