Υλικά:
3 χοιρινές μπριζόλες
2 κουταλιές της σούπας μέλι
4 κουταλιές σούπας λάδι
1 κουταλιά σούπας μουστάρδα
Μισό λεμόνι
Σκόρδο σε σκόνη
1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού δεντρολίβανο
1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού ρίγανη

Βάλτε τις μπριζόλες σε ένα πυρέξ. Σε ένα μεγάλο μπολ ρίξτε το λάδι, το μέλι, τη μουστάρδα και το λεμόνι. Χτυπήστε καλά τα υλικά και προσθέστε το σκόρδο και τα αρωματικά. Ανακατέψτε τα όλα μαζί και περιχύστε τις μπριζόλες. Προσθέστε 2 ποτήρια νερό και ψήστε στους 180 βαθμούς για περίπου τρία τέταρτα. Μπορείτε να συνοδέψετε το κρέας με αρωματικό ρύζι ή πατάτες τηγανιτές και λαχανικά.
