Unlike previous soul-like games (such as Sekiro, Darksouls, or Bloodborne), Elden Ring is the first within the series to have an explorable open world.

I'm a big fan of souls-like games, and not only does the game match the standards of its predecessors, but IMHO surpasses them. On top of this, after having completed every side-quest and main boss fight within the game, I felt very in touch and immersed in the lore of this beautifully crafted universe.

The combat is challenging and feels very rewarding upon completion. I'd highly recommend playing this game.
