I hear ya, been there, done that too. Still have a lot of people on my friends list but many of them haven't been online in years.

Sorry, I'm in the process of rebuilding my friends list, so I deleted my old friends list! At first I didn't want friends anymore, but I've changed my mind.
I had to either start a new friends list or stop being active in the community. Unfortunately I had a lot of monsters in my friends list and I had to get rid of them :)
