You can kill your way to the throne of the HRE 10/10

It would be an amazing arcarde racing game if...

-> Codemasters finally fix those rage enducing screen freezes (doesn't happen due to weak computer)
-> The penalties wouldn't be buggy as hell
-> The low-level Ai wouldn't be so terrible to race against
-> The Safety- and Skillrating would actually make online lobbies enjoyalbe

Otherwise great game and very funny to play solo (as long as nothing which I mentioned above occurs, so basically never)
