Why dafuq is this suddenly asking me to have 35.55 GB of space in my computer for this game??? dude this is bigger than RE3 REMAKE O_o

Amazing game I've been waiting for this remake ever since I tried the RE1 remake on the OG GameCube, but there are a couple of things I'm annoyed by. First, it says right here:

says I only need 26 GB FREE Space BUT, when I go to download the NON RT version, its asking me to have 48 GB FREE Space, not a big issue if you have enough space, otherwise having like 30 GB FREE ain't going to help, and even after the download is done the game STILL takes only 26 GB, so I don't know why they would keep it this way, and another issue I had with this game is STUTTER. I get it, it's a demanding game, but I've seen players with a RTX 2080 complain about this issue. Idk why, but it only stops when we lower the texture to LOW 0GB higher than that, and it gives a micro stutter. Not a big issue, but it can be annoying as it sometimes messes up my aim and I miss the headshot. Anyway, great game, very fun, a bit bad on the 2nd run, but I didn't even expect a 2nd run option to appear in the remake, so it's not a big deal, GG everyone.
