The developers just don't give a damn about the game, every update it's getting worse, no bugs are fixed.
This game could've had greater future

Such a cozy atmosphere in it. Highly recommend you to play right in a winter. I really like a difficulty of surviving line and I hope developers are going to keep improving the gameplay. Would be really nice if there were more types of food, wild animals, tools, conditions, new regions etc. The Long Dark has decent potential and I hope it will have even more new features in a near future.
