A centipede just bit me on my scrotum while I was taking a bath. What to do?

Yes, you read it right. I was bitten by a centipede on my balls just now. I can't tell anyone 'cause, wtf? Why on my balls? My midterm exam is coming, and I have a lot of schoolwork to do. I really need to use this weekend productively, but how can I do that if I'm feeling pain on my balls? What to do?
