The combination of well crafted stories and challenging but not overwhelming strategy mechanics has been *chefs kiss* I've not been able to put the game down since purchase and am already desperately hoping there will be additional content added in the future.

The graphics and battle system are what drew me most to the game. They're both fluid and elegant. The unique biomes of each region made exploring them very enjoyable.
The main story is nice, but often feels disjointed and clumsy. The end sections of the game in particular feel a bit rushed and underdeveloped. Also, the button mapping for controller, while nice that it can be customized has a very clunky default.
Overall, I've thoroughly enjoyed the game and am looking forward to exploring more of the world in NG+
