Worth the money because fun.

Let your friend behind

First: I am not very good at souls games and it is sometimes hard for me to stay focussed and don't get too frustrated.
I play on an rtx3080 and the performance sucks the most in the open world. There is no difference for me to play on low or ultra, the frame drops will appeare anyway.
But in legacy dungeon or other not so open areals the Performance is just fine. A fix, plus widescreen support would be highly appreciated.

It is a masterpiece.
I roamed the open world and found places, friendly characters and scary enemies. The longer I played, the better it got to just explore and taking risks.
The "bon fires" placement and additional options have made a huge step in the quality of live direction.
You can take runs on bosses/npcs/situations without to beat half of the game and slay 3 demi gods on the way. But I already experienced the dark souls feeling in some places but you are far away from being forced to be stuck.
The fights feel as good as in other souls game and therefore I can ignore that I am fighting the 1000 knight or skeleton (or crab).
