It would be passable if the war system did not exist as it currently is there is no way around it. Stop trying to improve it and completely scrap the idea and go back to Vic2 and Eu4 armies or make a hybrid between Hoi4 and Vic2 cause this is by far the worst system for anything I've ever seen in my life. Do better Wiz

Systems are cool ig but not worth $15 and especially when there are other more glaring issues with the game namely war, flavor, and foreign investment. I have no idea why this is a priority over the previously mentioned issues
