As someone who does not play a whole lot of metroidvania type games, I went into this solely for the art. So if that is not something that has dragged you into picking this up already, let me tell you: BUY IT.

Hollow Knight by Team Cherry is a masterpiece. Of all the games I have played up to now, this game is one of the most atmospheric. Each area of the game is unique and styled differently than the last. And the upgrades along the way make you truly feel like you're gaining power and becoming a real knight. Now don't even get me started on the music, my god is it good.

I 100% completed the game on my first playthrough, I was that into it. Please pick up this game if you have $15 somewhere around the house... oh yeah, it's a 30 hour game (for the first playthrough) for only $15. If I would offer one piece of advice to Team Cherry for this game it would be: raise the price. $15 is not enough for this beautiful game.
