Przepis na gofry

3 szklanki mąki
1 duża łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1/4 łyżeczki soli
1/2 szklanki cukru
4 jajka
1 3/4 szklanki wody
1/2 szklanki oleju rzepakowego

Mieszamy mąkę z proszkiem i solą. Oddzielamy białka od żółtek. Żółtka mieszamy z cukrem, wodą i olejem. Białka ubijamy na sztywną pianę z kilkoma kroplami soku z cytryny lub ze szczyptą soli. Przelewamy mokre składniki do mąki i szybko mieszamy. Dodajemy ubite na sztywno białka i delikatnie łączymy je z ciastem.
Odstawiamy ciasto na kilka minut, a w tym czasie rozgrzewamy dobrze gofrownicę. Nakładamy ciasto do gofrownicy i pieczemy do momentu, aż będą złote i chrupiące. Studzimy na kratce. Podajemy z ulubionymi dodatkami.
