Being kinda new to the Resident Evil games myself i didn't quite know what to expect from this, other than its massive hype and the dimitrescu simping xD.
First of all story-wise its incredibly creative and never felt stale or made me lose interest in any of the chapters. The characters have strong, expressive personalities and the voice acting is superb, as well as the sound design in every level has an eerie and haunting feeling to it which i really liked.
The graphics are simply breathtaking. This is the first game i got to make use of my RTX card and the result is just jaw dropping. Everything looks crisp and the attention to detail is prevalent throughout the game.
Regarding the combat and enemies-bosses i was suprised by the variety of monsters and their complexity concerning their attack patterns. The boss fights are interesting and challenging enough to make you use your brain more to find ways to counter them.
In conclusion: By far the best RE game i've played so far. Totally worth your time and money. Can't wait and see what comes next! cheers
