What I hate here on Steam:

1) RHCP . **** you! I won't buy that **** again!
2) I often buy games because of "exotic" localization . If a page will say that there is supposed to be some localization and than there won't be, I will demand cash refund, because I haven't been deceived that way by Steam only once or twice.
3) Security delay for trading? **** you! I don't have internet in smartphone. One more such a **** and I will buy games elsewhere. I mean it. *******!
