I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the game, unfortunately, we're not able to provide direct support for dedicated servers. Additionally, your net graph screenshot indicates you are either playing offline with bots or on third party servers (128.0 tick) which we do not provide support for as well.

If you are playing online on 128.0 tick servers you may experience various issues, like reduced FPS and increases in client and server var (among other things). This is because 128 tick servers are more intense in their data needs and may cause issues you would not experience on standard 64.0 tick servers. If you primarily play on 128.0 tick servers, we can only recommend reaching out to the server operator(s) for any performance issues you may be seeing.

If you are having issues while playing Casual or Competitive games on our servers, please reply here with an updated net graph screenshot which confirms you are playing online on 64.0 tick servers and we will investigate.
